Do not use this company. Had new air conditioners installed by him. I could write pages of all the problems and defects. Failed electrical inspection. He did not know where to install the outside outlets. He was going to install the units closer together than specifications. I had to watch him. He left the job to do personal things. His employees did not know what to do. Left holes in the house and never sealed. Unit is still not working. I understand that due to his poor workmanship the handler's motor burned out. He did not come back to fix the issues. He spilled freon in the attic. Drilled holes in my walls and did not patch them. Another contractor had to seal the holes. Units installed in June and still not working properly. Luckily York saw the ridiculous workmanship by this contractor and trying their best to rectify. Sam starts off by telling you he is religious and is required to be honest by Allah to get your believing he will do a good job. Don't fall for that. I could go on and on. Did not want to level the units and told me to get him bricks; he took them out of my walkway. He broke my walkway stones dragging in the units. When I asked Sam whether he was going to sweep off the debris (extra wires, etc), he told me that he does not have a broom. I had to give him a broom. I picked up trash. One more item, he took off the moulding to fit the handlers and left the broken moulding. He told me that he expected to be done in one day. He left early to pick someone up at the airport - that is how much he cared about my job. Please do not hire him. While on the job, he was on the phone constantly because he wants to start another business of getting parts overseas inexpensively and reselling them. - He should get out of the HVAC business. HIs contracts don't meet consumer fraud standards but why should they - he is a fraud, in my opinion - but I leave it to you to decide to hire him.
Sam has come to my house on two separate occasions now to help with my AC Unit and he has been nothing short of phenomenal. He has come by almost immediately and has been incredibly helpful. I really could not speak more highly. I will always call them for any issues.

My wife and I have been happy customers of Blueray since 2018. We generally communicate with Sam, who is kind, responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. He and his team, which are all professionals, have done routine maintenance, repairs, and add ons (humidifier) to our HVAC units. They’ve always been able to solve every issue in a timely and affordable fashion, exceeding expectations each time. It’s rare you come across such honesty and professionalism in an urban environment (Jersey City in our case). We will use their services as long as we are here and recommend them to anyone who asks. Sam and Matt are great, changed central Air compressor and helped me with attic drain that never installed right from previous contractor. Honest, fair price, excellent customer service and communication. Will definitely use and recommend in the future. Old compressor in n the left new compressor installed the day after Matt came out to diagnose.

I cannot recommend Blueray Heating and Cooling company enough! They’ve come to my rescue twice now during last-minute emergencies on record-breaking heat days. Each time, they responded incredibly fast, showed up when they said they would, and handled the issue with total professionalism.
Not only are they reliable and skilled, but their pricing is also fair, especially considering the urgency of the situations. It’s hard to find a company that’s this responsive, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I’m so grateful to have found them and will never use anyone else!
